What type of shirt do you use?

We use Fruit Of The Loom Lofteez shirts. 6.1oz heavyweight. 100% Cotton.

How do I know my order is secure?

We use PayPal as our secure payment processer. They use 128bit encryption over a secure socket layer to ensure that all credit card transactions are secure.

How long will it take to ship my order?

We process your order the same day it was recieved. We then take your order and ship it out via priority mail. You will receive an email stating when it was shipped and a tracking code you can use to track your shipment.

We ship all our shirts via priority mail, so once the processing is complete, you should have your shirts in 2-3 days.

If I order a customized t-shirt, how long will it take before it's ready for shipment?

It takes about two - three weeks for a customized shirt to be ordered and processed.

How customized can the t-shirt be: is there a character limit? is the font standardized?

The font is the standard font you see on the other shirts. You can have as many characters as you want, just remember though, the more characters you ask for, the smaller the font will have to be.

We'll email you a proof of the shirt before we actually get it printed, so you'll know what it'll look like before its printed.

What is your return policy? Does the refund include shipping?

We are not satisfied unless you are satisfied. Send us back the shirt and we'll refund the purchase price plus shipping.

However, due to our payment processor, we cannot refund the shipping that you will have to pay to ship the shirt back to us.
